As usual, Big Chic was awesome. I had Chicken Gizzards again as they are the best around. I've had great experiences at Big Chic in several locations and all are very friendly. Courteous, and quick to complete your order even when they are under pressure from peak times of the day, evening. The food was..ok..barely only thing made to order was the French fries chicken was luke warm from trays premade . I asked for thighs received all legs (should have tipped after eating instead of at your jar when i paid) both myself and my supervisor ordered specials and both were missing items but the most annoying point is one meal coming out 15 minutes and still missing half the fish. Second fillet comes out for the order of catfish ten minutes later and it has scales in the breading and hair on it....catfish dont have scales....or hair? would be a little easier to keep up with two tables(with a total of three plates) if the girls weren't so obsessed with getting off at 3 and their personal drama they are gossiping over.

I called in my order, and I was informed that it would take 20 minutes for my order to be ready... so when I got there to pick up my order, the cashier that was working behind the counter was very rude and short and had a very bad attitude... the food was good, but those working behind the front counter need to be a little more courteous

They NEED a place to pick up to go orders where you don’t have to wait inline for people moving extremely slow. People need to remember a restaurant isn’t a playground either.
Parking: They need more parking spots. People shouldn’t be allowed to park on the street. Parking on the street creates blind spots for people driving and that means people can’t see around cars.
Coming through the city and was starving for some lunch! I saw The Big Chic and.thought I’d give it a try and thank God I did! WOW! When I walked in, everybody was friendly and made for a good atmosphere. Food is incredible. I got the chicken sandwich special. All I have to say is I don’t live near here, but I will be coming back for the food! It’s worth the hour drive!!! WOW Y’all ??

Worst food I’ve ever gotten there. Chicken fingers weren’t even chicken fingers more like chicken rocks! So hard and small like they had been there for days! Potatoes wedges were not fully cooked and the chicken sandwich was just as hard and didn’t even put on there what I had asked for. I’ll drive the extra 30 minutes to go the one in Jackson. At least o know I’ll get what I asked for and more for my money! By far the worst and line was backed up and the one was too busy on the phone. Tried calling back and couldn’t even get thru and it wasn’t worth driving back up there for!
