After 3 BAD experiences in a row, this was out last attempt (we really like their food and pricing). This time, we were seated quickly, out server was on the ball and our food came out quickly and hot... all of which failed the previous 3 visits. so kudos for getting it right.

We had a curbside order at Cracker Barrel in Morrow, GA. The service was prompt. However, the food was awful! Cracker Barrel used to have really good, down home food. Not anymore! The food was cold, the mashed potatoes hard and lumpy, the steak burnt, the meatloaf tasted like paper, the pinto beans were like paste, and the turnip greens tasted like they came out of a tin can! Fire the chef and please find some cooks who can get back to the good tasting food that USED to be at Cracker Barrel again! It will be a long time before we go back there!
