Uber eats pick up order. Service was fast and employees were very welcoming.
This was my second time in 7 days ordering from the Morrow location. And both times the order was wrong and incomplete. I had to make a return trip. This is something that could be avoided if you let the customer know if you do not have an item. But instead you just staple the bag and hand it to them. It is really simple just notify the customer so they can pick another option. I really like Crackle Barrel but they need to do better with the to go orders.
I always have breakfast at the Morrow location. Never have I ever experienced poor service. I was seated immediately by the host. However, the waitress never came (25 minutes). Other guest were served that was seated after me and received their food. I asked one of the waitress if she can get my waitress. She came back 10 minutes later and told me that she will be with.me shortly. After 15 minutes I got up and asked the hostess to seat me in another section. The waitress served...read full review
