“The other day I placed an order through DoorDash for some beef tips w/rice, and 2 sides but my order was wrong and DoorDash refused to give me my money back. I called Big Daddy's Soul Food to let them know and Big Daddy himself made sure that I got my food fresh and hot as he had one of his employees deliver it to me. I always order from them when I don't feel like cooking and I am truly grateful for that moment. I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service you provided!! Great customer service!!!“

“This place feels like stepping back in time, in the best way! The food was absolutely impeccable, and everyone was so warm and friendly.
My husband and I both ordered the catfish dinner with rice. I had mine with beans, and he had gravy, mac and cheese, and cornbread. Everything was DELICIOUS! The catfish was especially good, and the portions were huge—we both had plenty left to take home.

“Sarah 'put her foot" in every dish. Fried chicken and pork chops were spectacular. Had black-eyed peas, Collard greens, green beans, candied Yams and fried Okra. No frozen veggies here! All fresh and delicious. Rolls and Cornbread muffins were special, too. ❤️ this place!“

“I Was Completely Blown Away At This Restaurant. I Was Sat By A Beautiful Host Which Turn Out To Be My Server. Renisha Was Very Knowledgeable About The Ga Craft Beers. She did an amazing job by explaining each item on the menu. I Gave Her The Opportunity Of Ordering My Food and Beer. Oh Boy She Did Not Disappoint. I had the Blackened Catfish with rice and beans and an Orange Still Diva Beer To Drink. It was her two favorite items and I had no complaints! Renisha service was the best service I have had in years. My water cup was never low and if I had more time I would have had another beer. Renisha Was Very Patient With Me Even Though The Restaurant Was Very Busy. She is also a team player and is willing to pick up the slack from others. As A Restaurant Manager Please Give This Server Her Flowers, She Deserves it !“

“Fast, cheap and tasty. A classic meat-and-three southern diner. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Excellent value for the price; you can get a square meal with a protein and lots of veggies for like $10. For maximum ambience, eat your food there and watch some Judge Judy.“

“Forsho 24hrs…. by reading a review of a person driving from Rex and posting there luxury nice cars and one of the biggest nice food truck I ever seen🔥🔥if they can read there about 8 to 10 professional signs saying to go only, call for service, open 24hr signs. And they are light up like a CHRISTmas tree. But what’s important is there food, service, is impeccable.“

“We decided to check out Virgil’s on the spur of the moment while we were in Atlanta… from us entering the door, manager Nassier made us feel welcome and thoroughly explained the menu. Once we were seated our waiter Brandon did an exceptional job taking our order and keeping our glasses full… the atmosphere was great and it experience was like none other…I can say this was one of the best if not the best dining experiences…“

“Seriously, one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. What a hidden gem. I’ve been on layovers here as a flight attendant, and I just love this place. But one of the best parts about Dining here are the employees. You are always greeted by a friendly hostess. One in particular is named Thuha - A friendly person from Vietnam. She’s been there for 20 years and she always make sure that people are taken care of. Her smile is award-winning!! I also had an issue tonight with a wrong order. Without hesitation, Thuha Took care of the issue. Also, I want to give a huge shout out to the manager, Jaden. He was so friendly, understanding, and took care of my order and corrected it!“

“This place deserves a higher rating. Low key counter service. 10-15 min wait even when its busy. The wings.. perfect size. Small, crispy, saucy. Honey hot is the one for me. Hook up culture is real here. I get 20 piece once or twice a week. Sometimes I get my order and there's a couple extra. The woman who receives the orders is very polite and always remembers me. These wings I would rate above trap wings and magic city for sure.“

“I was definitely surprised how good the food tasted. This is my second time coming back and everything so far has been seasoned well. I appreciate that they have $10 value meals, $17 meals and $20 meals just to name a few. Not sure how long those prices will last but they have something for everyone’s pocket!!“

“Other than the slow kitchen, this place is great. It IS located in the hotel entrance. We didn't realize that's where it was when we got there. Food was great! Grits were outstanding according to my friends that ate there with me. Brisket was excellent and mashed reds and asparagus were done perfectly. Great spot!“

“Saturday morning was the perfect time to visit Cracker Barrel for breakfast with my daughter and Mom! Our server: DeJaboo was attentive to our needs and checked on us often as well! My one comment is that the servers should be encouraged to get freshly prepared, hot foods items to the customers while it is hot, not to wait for the full table order is ready. Food: 3.“
