“We were seated promptly, but waited 17minutes for a server to come to the table...which was only prompted, by my wife tracking down a manger. We exited without ordering, fearing the food wouldn't be cooked properly or it would be cold!
Also...the associates seemed to have a chip on their shoulders.
Sorry fact is...we stay at the Choice hotel right next to this restaurant. Probably won't any more.“

“The other day I placed an order through DoorDash for some beef tips w/rice, and 2 sides but my order was wrong and DoorDash refused to give me my money back. I called Big Daddy's Soul Food to let them know and Big Daddy himself made sure that I got my food fresh and hot as he had one of his employees deliver it to me. I always order from them when I don't feel like cooking and I am truly grateful for that moment. I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service you provided!! Great customer service!!!“

“I've eaten here a lot over the years. The food is sadly not what it used to be. The mac & cheese had zero seasoning when I went this weekend. I do understand that with home-cooked food, there will be variations in the flavor from time to time. So I can forgive that.

However, the one thing that is not so forgivable is that they added a 25% restaurant fee at some point. I didn't realize it until I got home and looked at the receipt. Between the 25% restaurant fee plus a 15% tip, I ended up paying 40% extra for to-go food. That felt shady. I have always liked supporting this place but if you are going to add a 25% fee, you need to be more up front about it.“

She did an amazing job by explaining each item on the menu. I Gave Her The Opportunity Of Ordering My Food and Beer. Oh Boy She Did Not Disappoint. I had the Blackened Catfish with rice and beans and an Orange Still Diva Beer To Drink. It was her two favorite items and I had no complaints! Renisha service was the best service I have had in years. My water cup was never low and if I had more time I would have had another beer. Renisha Was Very Patient With Me Even Though The Restaurant Was Very Busy. She is also a team player and is willing to pick up the slack from others. “We had a flight cancellation and stayed at the Renaissance hotel near the Atlanta airport. After a long day of travel, we decided to try Concorde Grill inside the hotel and were not disappointed! We enjoyed the Sea Bass and Salmon (not blackened), and we substituted the regular sides for the grilled asparagus (because we are very low carb) —everything was delicious and cooked perfectly!!
The MacMurray Pinot Noir was the perfect accompaniment with both fish, and having San Pellegrino sparkling water was nice too.
The atmosphere was great. It’s not too loud and having a great view of the ATL airport was also surprisingly nice and calming.“

“This place deserves a higher rating. Low key counter service. 10-15 min wait even when its busy. The wings.. perfect size. Small, crispy, saucy. Honey hot is the one for me. Hook up culture is real here. I get 20 piece once or twice a week. Sometimes I get my order and there's a couple extra. The woman who receives the orders is very polite and always remembers me. These wings I would rate above trap wings and magic city for sure.“

“Our food here was very good. It was convenient to have such a great option within the hotel as we were tired from traveling all day, and we also have to get up early for the second leg of our trip. The burger was even more impressive looking in person, and my son said it was juicy & delicious. The brisket was cooked very well and they have a very nice house BBQ sauce for dipping! Nice cold beer or the option of a full service bar with tv's playing current sporting events. The server was very attentive and polite. I would stay and eat here again.“
