“First off the two gentlemen Meech and Tae we’re very welcoming and helpful as it was my first time ordering. I wanted to buy everything separate but Meech suggested a cheaper alternative to my meal. I got the whiting dinner with Mac and cheese and fried green tomatoes. Meech threw in two pieces of bread as I wanted a whiting sandwich originally. The fish was soooo good as it was seasoned to perfection, lol literally. The macaroni and cheese was a little dry but also good in seasoning too. The fried green tomatoes is not your original fried green tomato as it is battered in something different but it was good all the same. If I could 10/10, I would recommend, and come again! “Me and my sister were visiting Atl and were told to visit this spot. We went on Thursday 3/28 and had a server named Brandi, she was by far the best server I have ever had. Good customer service, very attentive, very pretty, food and drinks were amazing. I got the bang bang shrimp and it was amazing. My sister got the sweet tai chilli wings. Good food, good drinks GREAT SERVICE. If you're visiting ask for Brandi and she will definitely take care of you. We will be back“
“The service was excellent, the server Freddie was very patient with our party of 10 to make sure all our orders was correct. And the food was delicious. The only thing that they really need to work on and improve is that they need to be able to give individuals their separate ticket. It makes no sense to anyone that if you have a Party of 10 or more they will only give one check for the whole table and only take a card not cash. Now that part just is not welcomed.“

Two on the first visit and one this visit. Everything was delicious this time. The first visit I didn’t care for the dressing or the Lima beans. When I was in there this last time I overheard a more frequent customer talking to the person she was with saying that some of the food be a hit or miss. I was a little disappointed with the strawberry cake because I asked the young lady was it boxed and she said no…. It definitely tasted boxed.Overall, good experience. “I got to say hands down, this place was worth every bite. I'm a trucker so I typically eat truck stop food. I happen to stop to do my DOT reset at the Pilot 2605 Bouldercrest Rd, Atlanta, GA 30316 . Which meant I was here for a whole day. As I was about to order Wendy's. I decided to just do a quick google search to see if anything was open. Just so happen to find this Amazing place K1 & Des Southern Spoon. Just so happen this place was open 3pm to 3am, I decided to take a walk to see what they were about. It took me less than 5 min to walk there from the truck stop. Boy was it woth it. I literally ate there 3 times, in the time of being here. So if ever in the area and you hungry try it, you wont regret it.“

Catfish, chicken/shrimp kebabs, caesar salad are all faves.Very consistent in quality and I was pleasantly surprised at the bustling yet friendly atmosphere when I came to dine in with friends. “This was my first time coming to this restaurant. Dropped my son off for an Interview with Delta and needed somewhere to relax until he was done. Not only was the food tasty, with a great positive and clean environment, thr staff was super friendly! I was so pleased with my food that I decided to get desert to go! “One of the best meat and 2 veggies plate in town. Although I would recommend the veggies plate due to the great selection to choose from. It's giving good old country cooking served with a smile, reasonable priced and large portion sizes...just enough to satisfy a southern appetite. I had country fried steak with gravy and mash potatoes, lima beans, squash casserole and macaroni and cheese.“
“Discovered MetroWest on IG upon realizing they are owned by the couple who recently launched PO5 in College Park. The energy that is exuded from their social media pages, makes you want to support! The food was freshly prepared upon ordering(kiosk) and worth the wait. We ordered 2 catfish & fries, and 1 catfish/shrimp and fries. I do wish you could select a different side, as I wanted to try the greens or mac n cheese. There is a sign that says no substitutions, so fries it was. The fries are your basic frozen variety. The catfish was freshly fried, and was tasty. Cold lemonade accompanied each box. The service is exceptional at MetroWest, as the owner takes pride in what his business brings to the community. We look forward to returning to try the salmon Philly next!“

“Wanted to try Chicken Salad Chick for some time and finally had the opportunity. It was close to closing so they were sold out of a lot of choices but had a chance to try the spicy, the lemon grass, and plain. All were delicious with the free crackers. Also got a piece of the white chocolate cake that was really good and really rich. Overall an awesome meal.“

“Of all of the places that I have visited so far this week, this was probably one of my better experiences. My waitress was on top of things. When I ordered my breakfast, I ordered the chicken sausage to go with my eggs and hashbrown casserole. When the order came out, it came out with sausage gravy to go along with the biscuits. The gravy contained pork and being that she knew I ordered chicken sausage for a reason, she offered to take away the sausage gravy. It's little things such as a waitress being aware of her table that are greatly appreciated.“
