“There’s a couple things on the menu that could be improved, but there’s plenty more that is GOOD. Catfish, chicken/shrimp kebabs, caesar salad are all faves.Very consistent in quality and I was pleasantly surprised at the bustling yet friendly atmosphere when I came to dine in with friends. One of the best restaurants in the city for sure!“
“This is my 2nd time here. I live in the area and saw such great reviews I had to check it out myself. Get the smoked wings!!! Oh and the greens are the best I've had in the city so far. We got to meet one of chefs and he was so down to earth and I could tell he enjoyed what he did and he put his soul into the cooking. It's quiet in here but worth a visit for the food. Oh and the bartenders are great. Plenty of TV's to watch games etc. Overall I have this on my monthly come eat list now.Vegetarian options: They have a couple options. I have not tried themParking: Just get a ticket and get it validated“
“Never been before. Needed a nice place in the airport zone for a dinner with friends during a flight layover. Unexpectedly the food was phenomenal. Everyone's dish was delicious and our waitress was delightful. I would recommend it without hesitation, as the casual atmosphere and good food was perfect for our needs. It's now a new resource and I'd go more often if we didn't live on the opposite side of Atlanta.“
“JenChan’s is one of my favorite restaurants! The food and cocktails are delicious. I have not had a dish there that I didn’t love. The margarita pizza, rice bowls, and ginger margaritas are my favorites! Not only is the food amazing, the service and employees are absolutely wonderful. A 10/10 must try restaurant!“
“Sunday Brunch was really good. Chicken was seasoned well and waffles were light and fluffy! Owner had an awesome spirit about her. Music and atmosphere was on point. Our waitress was a swertheart,, I forgot her name but she had a boot on her foot! My son loved his rasta pasta... and he hates everything!!!!“
“If you're looking for an old-school atlanta breakfast spot, here it is. They've built quite a few new businesses and structures around them since I've visited last. However, the customer service, food, and coffee are so delightful.“
“Nice place restaurant busy, lots of noise when having conversations. The food taste ok, the chicken was not a must-have as the server presented. Our food also did not come out hot or warm the plate was warm the food was room temperature. I had the Trout with add on chicken. They were ok not much seasoning as I would have expected from a southern restaurant. Beer was good. The fried green tomatoes were also good. Would only return for apps and drinks.“
“Poor Calvin’s is a fantastic Asian fusion dining experience that is like no other! Their dishes have a unique flair and loaded with authentic Asian flavors. Their drinks accompany the dishes well, and the servers are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive to make the dining experience worthwhile.“
“Located in Home Park we happy to see that the location was not difficult to get to. There was a parking garage around the corner however there is complimentary valet service which is always a relief. The dining room has several rooms with different views my husband and I were sat in a room full of windows which was nice. My husband and I were in for our anniversary and decided to try one of the new Michelin recommended restaurants. We came for a 5:30 reservation and left close to 8:15. The service was decent however there was several times that we said " ummmmm where is our waitress?" But I think the staff does a good job of working as a team. We started off with some drinks I got the Miller Time ( a nice light and refreshing gin cocktail) and my husband got a beer. We were very impressed with the beer menu they had lots of our favorites and was certainly a nice treat for him. For starters we had the hush puppies ( cooked well, with a chutney on top and a nice creamy sauce underneath), The Farm Baked Egg( a staple to the restaurant, deliciously creamy with outstanding sourdough toast) and, the Local Lettuce Salad( I really loved how the ingredients were the star of the show with this salad. It was by no means underdressed but it was well balanced enough that you could enjoy all of the in season veggies), for dinner I had the Pork schnitzel( I was a little disappointed by this one the sauce was unlike any I have ever had and was heavy on the citrus while the collards were difficult to eat because they were so tough, the pork itself was pretty standard although, I had always thought schnitzel was supposed to be pretty thin this was not. The dish was highly recommended but I think it just wasn't for me) my husband had the duck leg ( which was cooked very nicely and he was very satisfied with the overall dish) for dessert we were gifted some glasses of Prosecco ( very sweet to include for our anniversary) to go with the vanilla cake( very moist and was paired with island flavors), the lemon bar( pleasantly bright with a raspberry sorbet and grapefruit mouse. I loved everything about this dish there was so many bright puckery flavors but it was not overwhelming.) and, the Dessert cheese course( lovely selection on cheeses the only thing that was off to me is the strawberries were not sweet at all.... It was a little sad). I also ordered a cappuccino which unfortunately had no foam on top paired with their hazelnut liquor which was very good. All in all it was a good experience.“
“This was my first time coming to this restaurant. Dropped my son off for an Interview with Delta and needed somewhere to relax until he was done. Not only was the food tasty, with a great positive and clean environment, thr staff was super friendly! I was so pleased with my food that I decided to get desert to go! I am happy to say that I will be recommending my friends as well as visiting again. Very nice place.“
