It’s been a long time since we’ve had this nice of a meal and experience at a Cracker Barrel. It started with our server, Jayla. She was so kind, attentive and helpful with our choices. The food was EXCELLENT!!! I had the lemon pepper trout, with turnip greens and carrots. My husband ordered meatloaf, but they were out of it since it was kind of late so he got the hamburger steak with mashed potatoes w/ gravy and carrots. The biscuits were hot, buttery and not over cooked....
My pancakes was great… but my sausage was not cooked thoroughly all the way. My waiter was very slow. Only came to take about 3times. I had to ask her for biscuits after sitting there for about 15mins to 20mins…
My 1st time eating here and it was fairly tasty. My fish was cooked a lil too long, hash browns were bland, but my Mac and cheese was pretty good. My waiter was great, he didn’t sugar coat anything and i respect that. He had great customer service and made sure I was ok.
