I am not sure if only this location changed their recipe for the cheesecake brownie. The cheesecake brownie looked like a cheesecake cookie instead. The cheesecake was thin and the bottom was made with chocolate chip cookie dough instead of brownie. I wish I had paid more attention before paying for it. I will not be returning and don’t recommend.

THEY USE THE SAME GLOVES TO PICK UP COOKIES THAT THEY USE TO HANDLE MONEY!!!! When I said something, the cashier said if I had told her, she would've used tongs. I should NOT have to tell you not to be nasty!!! Then they were out of the ones I wanted, so they will be going back tomorrow.

I normally don't leave reviews however i'm not at all satisfied. customer service is a bit unprofessional. The cookies just did not taste fresh and normally when I purchase cookies they are placed in a box however this time in a bag. The cookies were broken in half and a few were broken into pieces, when I picked up the cookies to eat they broke into pieces. I called the store and spoke with the manager (Tiera) to explain my experience and she automatically stated the cookies were not broken at the time of purchase.Then she asked that I bring the cookies back,I explained to her i was working and had to travel far to get them but I can return them when i'm in the area.This is the best option for (Tiera).What I will be doing is trashing the cookies and I will not return back to this store or any other location for this matter.I think $2 per cookie is a little much especially when your not satisfied.

Me and friend stopped today to get a cookie and a drink the number 1..my friends drink was flat so she asked for another one the girl snatched the drink out her hand and when handing it back slammed it on the counter very rude and disrespectful ‼️

This place is horrible. There was flies on the Red Velvet brownies. When I express my concerns to the worker about the flies she removed the pan, but when I turned around she placed the same nasty brownies back in the case. That is DISGUSTING all while talking on the phone through the Bluetooth. To make it worse the young lady lied about getting rid of the brownies and put the same fly infested pan of brownies out for people to eat.

Everytime I'm at the mall, I want a cookie l However the girl who always there remind me not to get one. She is so dry, nonchalant and unwelcoming. Reminds me to keep my almost $3 a cookie in my pocket. I walk over and get me a pretzel instead.

The flies. So many flies. I’m not sure how harmful those little nets are but if you ask them about why are they just leaving the cookies out for customers When they see flies have been on them they get mad. One cashier got an attitude because I simply asked to do something about the flies. It reminds me of a scene from Friday when the flies were all over the donuts ? and the cops still ate them.
