THEY USE THE SAME GLOVES TO PICK UP COOKIES THAT THEY USE TO HANDLE MONEY!!!! When I said something, the cashier said if I had told her, she would've used tongs. I should NOT have to tell you not to be nasty!!! Then they were out of the ones I wanted, so they will be going back tomorrow.
I normally don't leave reviews however i'm not at all satisfied. customer service is a bit unprofessional. The cookies just did not taste fresh and normally when I purchase cookies they are placed in a box however this time in a bag. The cookies were broken in half and a few were broken into pieces, when I picked up the cookies to eat they broke into pieces. I called the store and spoke with the manager (Tiera) to explain my experience and she automatically stated the cookies...read full review
