Give Sarah and the bartender a raise
Sarah got me table quickly and served me courteously, kindly, and politely. She got me my food in a timely manner.
The server and manager are rude and lack customer service skills. The app changes too often and the staff are not properly trained on it or how to handle issues that arise with points redemption, but more importantly there is a lack of common sense or critical thinking in dealing with challenges. The worst part is that they are fine with having a customer express that they would not be returning to the restaurant based upon their experience.
