This is ridiculous a 4 tender plate is over $10 and look at what I received. Literally a handful if fries and chicken tenders look like they were cut in half. Go to another location and shut this one down. I'm calling corporate, this is highly unacceptable. Too expensive too be shorting people on

The piece of chicken on the bun was way smaller than the bun that it was on!!! Was told that Zaxby's no longer carried mayo. Store was dirty with trays left in table!!! At that time store wasn't busy and numerous employees were just standing around talking!!! You had one young lady staying busy doing restocking and waiting on customers when she was needed!!! Drive thru started getting busy as our group was leaving!

My husband went up here after we looked online for what we wanted ... They advertised online a 20 pc tenders family meal with fries and toast..for $25He goes up there the meal is $35... he paid extra because 4 zaxby sauce should be enough for 20 strips I guess and when he paid extra for teriyaki sauce he didn't receive it...the "family fries" were in 2 small boxes barely filled...and the toast was basically loaf of bread .. 3 pieces cut in half..Maybe it's this location I am not sure ...

My friend and I went in and ordered a 2 Cobb salad. They left bacon, cucumbers, cheese off of 1. Otherwise, the atmosphere is fantastic.. Always check your saladVegetarian options: Lots of choices you have to be creative

Roach on my seat at the booth in the dining room. This location just didn't seem clean overall. Won't be back. Once we saw the roach we couldn't eat the food. Disappointed.
