Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers a mix of experiences. While some customers praise the exceptional customer service from staff members like Ramiria, others note inconsistencies. The staff is described as fast and polite, but there are concerns about online ordering taking too long, with some customers experiencing delays even when arriving after others. Additionally, there were mentions of a relaxed dress code and a malfunctioning soda fountain. Some customers were disappointed by the portion size of their chicken sandwich and the lack of mayo. However, the manager and team work hard to ensure food safety for customers with dietary restrictions, and many appreciate the attentive service. Despite these issues, the restaurant seems to have dedicated employees who strive for customer satisfaction.
