Shay is awesome. I usually just get the same thing everytime I come. Today, I came with a specific craving but I didn’t know exactly what to order, as I didn’t see it reflected on the menu. I explained what I was craving and she made it to order for me. She was really patient and nice and the ice cream was EXACTLY what I wanted. I drove to this establishment because I wanted some good ice cream. The service from Maria was very rude and condescending. I ordered a ice cream sandwich and it close to $5.00 and when she handed it to me it looked like .79 item. I said to her this is 5.00 can I change it. She said no, we already made it. Best customer service and the ice cream is great. Best news ever they have vegan options. Plenty of options and variety. Great place to bring your kids for a snack or if you just want a treat.
