The food isn't as good as it used to be. The fries are not seasoned well. The chicken tenders are smaller. Inflation has hit Zaxby's hard! The service, however, is wonderful! Even at the most busy times, they hold their professional composure, which makes it delightful to return. To order food from a restaurant that has pleasant workers makes the price make sense, and the food more enjoyable!
Staff was friendly and greeted us soon as we entered. Food came out quick and was fresh and hot. The temperature was on polar, but nonetheless the sit down environment wasn't too loud.
We went inside at lunch time. The lines were short. Our cashier was very helpful, happy, pleasant. Took our order. Gave us our cups. Was very quick with doing her job, knew what she was doing. Wonderful experience. Grill personal were putting out orders very fast. It was a very short time before our was ready. It was piping hot, delicious, exactly what we ordered. Everything was fresh. We were delighted with our food and drinks. Will go there again! Great service!
