Today November 20, 2025 at 1:34 PM I went through the drive-through and the lady that was taking my order was so rude even when I pulled up to the window, I asked the lady that was giving me my drink who took my order and she turned around and said this one did I looked at the lady that took my order and said I said thank you, and she turned her back on me so freaking rude y’all working in public take a hint smile and be polite to people
The drive-through is a little confusing as to who is there to place an order? And who is there to pick up an order? But other than that, food service and atmosphere are very good. Inside dining is a much better experience if you're looking to take a break and sit a spell.
The food isn't as good as it used to be. The fries are not seasoned well. The chicken tenders are smaller. Inflation has hit Zaxby's hard! The service, however, is wonderful! Even at the most busy times, they hold their professional composure, which makes it delightful to return. To order food from a restaurant that has pleasant workers makes the price make sense, and the food more enjoyable!
