Tortillería La Oaxaqueña offers a great authentic Mexican buffet with fresh food and a great variety. Servers are very nice and accommodating, and seating is quick even when busy. The price you pay is worth the flavor. Specific dishes like mole, posole, caldo, tacos with rice and beans, and steak sopes feature fresh ingredients and authentic robust Mexican flavors. The food is Chiapan, amazing, spicy, delicious, and well made. The all-you-can-eat buffet with a drink was $19. However, this is not a spot for TexMex or cheese dip and chips. Some found the horchata cup only 70% full, chips well done and hard, but guacamole was good.
