“I’m as surprised as anyone to find such amazing food in Moultrie Georgia on our drive home to Florida. To make perfectly clear this is authentic Mexican. No margaritas. No coronas. Probably will help if you habla in poco. Had the barbacoa and a beef tostada.“

I found this place by looking for a restaurant that has handmade tortillas.

This little star exceeded my expectations.

I ordered a taco, an empanada, with a side of beans and rice.

It was a lot of food for $10 and everything was freshly made.

The neighborhood is a little sketchy at night.

The restaurant is the back portion of a store, with plastic tables and chairs.

I wasn't there for the atmosphere I was there for the food it was not disappointed.

The woman behind the counter also waited on me and she was very friendly and patient.

I will definitely return.“

“The flavor definitely makes you return to your origins. We drove more than three hours to eat here and I have no regrets. The belly was perfectly delicious and 1000 out of 1000, highly recommended. It's like you're eating at your grandparents' house.“

“First things first, the salsa was excellent. Enough spice/heat to get your attention, but not so much as to keep you from enjoying it. I’ve never liked a salsa that was just a tomato sauce with a little onion in it, and Old Mexico did not disappoint.The food took a few minutes to come out, which is a good thing. If you want food that’s sitting under a heat lamp and waiting on you to get there, then go to McDonald’s. I don’t mind waiting a little if it means my food is prepared fresh. Both of our meals were hot through and through and seemed prepared fresh. That’s what I want from a restaurant.

Parking: Plenty of parking with room for even a truck pulling a small utility trailer.“
