I love eating at Arby’s
Absolutely the worse customer service. I waited in the drive through without anyone asking for my order. I asked if they were ready to have no one acknowledge me, so I pull around to the window being opened and the employee Pat leaned down sticking items. I said “ excuse me”, Pat never looked up, I said “excuse me,can I place my order” Pat stood up and went to the computer to plug order in that she was getting from the drive through. I stopped by today at 12:10 for lunch. Only people in front of me waiting for their food. I was told they be right with me. While waiting the employees took care of 6 cars and ran food out to 2 cars. The same person that told me she be right with me 15 minutes ago said she be with right with me again.
So the cars are more important than the people standing right in front of you. Needless to say I am sitting across the street eating McDonalds writing this terrible review.
