If you order a rice bowl, let's put some rice in it. I am tired of having to ask for my more just so the bottom of the bowl is covered. I really wanna get back to loving you guys but looks like it's back to Moe's, at least thier I can get a whole rice bowl not a half spoon of rice bowl. Disappointed again.
Every time We go here the order is a mess. You’re forced to order through the app, so things should be straightforward.
The latest, no kids drinks and no cheese in the kids quesadilla. I don’t know why it’s so difficult to get things right, but this may be our final trip to Chipotle...
Edit: We were also missing the kids sides and the drink that we did get was hot.

However, some visitors have had inconsistent experiences, with some finding the food flavorless and the queso not good that day. Cleanliness is an issue because no one is seen cleaning nor sanitizing anything, with food on the floor in the to go area and it is always smelly and dirty at the drink station. Shoutout to the guys that fixed an order even though they were slammed, working the mobile order counter on 11/16 around 6:30, and going the extra step to make it right. Hugo was apologetic when a customer waited over a half hour for brisket and could not issue a refund, but was finally able to prepare the bowl and sensed the frustration.
