However, some visitors have had inconsistent experiences, with some finding the food flavorless and the queso not good that day. Cleanliness is an issue because no one is seen cleaning nor sanitizing anything, with food on the floor in the to go area and it is always smelly and dirty at the drink station. Shoutout to the guys that fixed an order even though they were slammed, working the mobile order counter on 11/16 around 6:30, and going the extra step to make it right. Hugo was apologetic when a customer waited over a half hour for brisket and could not issue a refund, but was finally able to prepare the bowl and sensed the frustration.
