All the workers had an attitude. I felt we were bothering them. Let me not say all . Out of the 5 employees, I saw 3 of them had the attitude. Didn't say hello, thank you, nothing . The beans looked so dry like it had been sitting there for hours.

This is literally the worst chipotle. I would say hit and miss , it’s definitely a miss everytime I got the food good ! Service is terrible . When I was there the guy that did the meat was so nice then I get to the veggies lady with the Nose piercings ( more that 2) had the worst attitude ever like girllll why are you there so angry I told I said I’m sorry I forgot to ask the guy for vinaigrette she say” oh I ain’t got none right here ask her down there” so the girl at the register overheard her and she say “ I ain’t got none down here either “ I’m looking confused because they literally are going back and forth in front of me about instead one then taking initiative to find one so the girl at the register ask the lady doing the to go orders so the sweet Lady doing the Togo orders gave me two , with no questions she got right on , honestly you need two those two lady’s off your front line . Because something got to change . Ain’t no way a chipotle is a 3.9 on google . That’s bananas

I’ll give it two stars because it is technically what I ordered. However, I would not have been able to tell that based on the taste and texture of my food. I’ve never had salty rice before and the crunch was also a change I hope never to repeat. This was only overshadowed by the hardened black chicken that I was actually relieved only sparsely decorated my meal. Overall, no.

Chipotle is not what it used to be. They charge $10-12 for a burrito but only put like 4 oz of protien on it. It was always expensive for fast food, but at least you got what you paid for. The sad thing is, they even skimped me on the rice, which is such a cheap ingredient that I don't even understand why they would do that. Corporate policy seems to be to see how much they can rip customers off without them walking out.

The food is good. However, the employees are horrible. Couldn’t wash my hands as two employees were hiding in the bathroom. As in two in the same restroom……Other customers simply went to Wendy’s across the street to use the restroom.

Ordered three to go orders using app and I know help is hard to find but why can't you get something so simple correct. No salsa that was ordered. No plastic forks with order. No flour tortilla with order. how do you expect someone to eat one of your bowls? With there fingers. Spent $70 and called to talk to someone about the issues we had and what a surprise No one will answer the phone. Go to the app and complain and get some free chips. I didn't want free chips I wanted my orders correct. Want be going back to this location anymore.

We waited on our online to go order for 25 minutes. Only for the employee to get it off the shelf behind the counter - where it had been sitting finished - and hand it over with a half apology.
My 1st time eating there. The food was great! I ordered ahead thru the app. It was still an 18 minute wait, but it was ready when I got there!Parking: Parking lot is way too small to handle Starbucks and Chipotle traffic.

It's ok food. The staff is friendly and fast most days. It just seems kinda overpriced for what it is, and they don't carry jalapeños. They're named after a jalapeño paper, but don't have any.I'm also not a fan of their queso dip sometimes. I don't know if it's just old sometimes, or if it'd made differently, but you can definitely taste the roux blanc some days.They do have some good vegetarian options though, I know it's nothing fancy, but I love their black beans.

I ordered via DoorDash. Food was extremely cold & old tasting (I know this isn't from DoorDash because I use them all the time). My food tasted like it was under a heat lamp for hours & the steak was cut into giant pieces that was mostly fat. I microwaved my bowl 1:30 & it was still old tasting. The rice was crunchy. BUT the guacamole & salsa was bomb! Also I ordered a grapefruit IZZE & I got blackberry. Sucks cuz I've always liked Chipotle but that was when I lived in California. My mom & sister in law have gotten sick from this establishment as well. I haven't hence why I ordered. I recommend going in person & also the staff is very kind. Hence 2 stars. Just don't order out & ask for fresh meat if it's not busy hours.

We always like to go there on the way to Atlanta. We stoped there for dinner on Friday night. First of all, it was not even busy and some worker was just talking even though there was line of customers! After we got food, there was no forks. I asked one of workers and I even told him I need 4. What he did was just grab a bunch of forks and drop those on my hand!!!! I was like.. ooookay….. what was that!?!? My daughter was also upset about customer service there !!! So sad… we used like to go there but now we need to find somewhere else.

Trash Ethan the manager is garbage ? ordered a chicken quesadilla was told after i paid that they can't make those in person and that since i paid for it that i couldnt get a refund. Literally laughable how trash this location is.
