Let me start off by saying - I used to LOVE this place and location. I can meet my nutritional needs for the least amount money, while still getting good food. The tacos are always LOADED. Last week, the chicken was all burnt. Ya know things happen. So, I decided to try a barbacoa (probably butchered that) quesadilla. The lid wasn’t on all the way. The salsas leaked through the bag all over my passenger seat. Ya know, it could be worse. There was still food to eat.

I've not ever had issues with the food here, well except a time a female employee forgot to put guacamole on my burrito bowl. Well she offered to put it on my bowl. I was okay with just a cup of guacamole but there was a misunderstanding or kinda argument about where she offered to put the guac on my bowl, even though I misunderstood that and was just okay with a cup. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the ordering process quick and smooth, though some young people need to have better customer service. The restaurant has a clean and modern, casual vibe, perfect for a quick meal or a relaxed dining experience. This is a nice and clean place, with all veggies very fresh. There are vegetarian options, but you just have to remove/don’t add the non-vegetarian ingredients while making ordering. It is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. However, some visitors have had inconsistent experiences, with some finding the food flavorless and the queso not good that day. Cleanliness is an issue because no one is seen cleaning nor sanitizing anything, with food on the floor in the to go area and it is always smelly and dirty at the drink station. Shoutout to the guys that fixed an order even though they were slammed, working the mobile order counter on 11/16 around 6:30, and going the extra step to make it right. Hugo was apologetic when a customer waited over a half hour for brisket and could not issue a refund, but was finally able to prepare the bowl and sensed the frustration.
