Domino's Pizza in Newnan, a well-established pizza chain, has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have enjoyed a positive experience with delicious pizzas, friendly staff, and efficient delivery, others have been disappointed by jumbled, room-temperature pizzas with no seals or labels. The downtown location, situated near the court square, has been criticized for not exceeding expectations and providing quality service. However, the manager has been praised for the hardworking staff, and the overall food quality has been deemed as edible. Customers have expressed a willingness to continue ordering from the Domino's app, though some may prefer alternative delivery options in the area. Recent reviews highlight that the food is always great, and staff handle food with care. Some customers find staff to be rude and unhelpful, especially when dealing with reward points or ordering in person. Many prefer ordering online to avoid rude interactions at the store. Overall, the restaurant continues to serve good pizza with friendly staff, but inconsistent customer service remains a concern.
