I've been a loyal fan of this place for 9 years and am sad to say my last experience was a big downer. For the super nachos you get a few scraps of cold and flavorless beef that tastes like it was cooked a few days ago and reheated. No more jalapenos im the salsa bar just some lifeless carrots. And the prices have gone up. Smaller portion of nachos too and the cheese sauce tastes cheaper than it used to. Was a love of mine before but not anymore.
Bad customer service
I asked for broth to eat at the place, they served it packed to take away and to make matters worse cold. I asked to heat it up and they did it in the toxic poroplast container.

The first time I was able to eat here, and it didn't disappoint. Every time my husband would bring me, they would be closed (my fault, we chose the wrong times to go). The food was delicious and served quite fast. We will return for some great food. I will say, when we went to throw away our trash, it was falling out because it was overflowing.
