Me and my mom went and waited 30 minutes for our food the younger white girl in the drive through was fast and very friendly but the managers were blaming her for why the kitchen didn’t have our food ready very disappointing and disrespectful staff and management will not be coming back to this location again
White girl with tattoo on her arm and green hair tonight has a TERRIBLE attitude both on phone and in person. So sorry we are having you do the job you signed up for. They were out of 60% of items and the wait time was horrible. I walked in at 12:14 and it’s 12:41, still haven’t gotten my food. Absolutely terrible.
The customer service was lacking as no one was greeting customers. I was passed by twice by one associate, looked at with a blank stare by another who is wearing a headset and wrapping sandwiches. The person in charge of the register in customer service would not even acknowledge that I was standing there. The back door must have been wide open as they were flies everywhere, landing on customers as they stood at the counter, all over the registers, so that must have been all over...read full review
