Hardee's Reviews
Went in to order and were the only customers at the register and no customers eating in the restaurant. Female employee had headset on. We were face-to-face, less than 3 ft. from her. We stood 5+ minutes and she never acknowledged us. Rude employee and poor service. We left.
it is so slow. ive been waiting at the speaker for over 10 mins. i had to say hello 2 different times for someone to even say "just one moment". as im writing this review. finally order and pull around, the person in front of me is long gone. who was i waiting on!? this is unacceptable, especially when there are employees sitting outside smoking.

Hardee’s offers a mix of experiences. Some customers have faced order inaccuracies, leading to frustrations and disappointment. However, others have praised the quick service at the drive-thru, with one customer even receiving their food faster than anticipated. The drive-thru staff received compliments for their efficiency and pleasant demeanor. Despite previous slow service experiences, recent visits have left a more positive impression, showing improvements in service speed. The food quality has been noted as very good, marking a clear improvement from earlier experiences. The location at the corner of Hospital Road and Temple Avenue has been a local staple for many years, with a history of serving breakfast and burgers to loyal customers. While the dining area is generally clean, the parking lot often gets less attention. Customers have mentioned that the hours can be odd, closing early even on weekends, so checking hours beforehand is advised. During busy mornings, the restaurant can be understaffed, making the service slower, but the staff works hard to keep up. Customers suggest checking bags carefully due to occasional forgotten sauces or sides, and some recommend the two sausage biscuits for five dollars as a good value. Overall, this Hardee’s remains a classic hometown spot that continues to serve familiar favorites with a focus on improving service.
