Poor service. We had to ask who our server was supposed to be after waiting for too long. Mediocre food bc it wasn't hot and fries were limp, uncooked. Mgr didn't oversee entire floor. Selective in whom she addressed.

So disappointed!! We are Hooters biggest fans !! But this location is so disappointing 🥺. Servers not in check . Female bartender not in check . I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this was so awful . We have come here many times but won’t be back 🥺
If you are hungry and need a good drink in a cold air conditioned building go next door to Applebees and see Mariah the bartender! Took me well over an hour and a half to get a burger and the twelve people who ordered AFTER me all got their food and ate BEFORE my meal even left the kitchen! A good server would have known to check up on my order! I was there for bike night and that will be the last time I’ll be back! No wonder there is a “WE’RE OPEN,” sign outside!!! Applebees took my order and delivered my same burger order with a prompt cocktail in twelve minutes and had the best service!

Stop by Hooters to grab some wings i should of kept going the outside looks like crap so does the insulide. When i went in all the waitresses were hang at at table chilling. The manager was at the bar just kicking it with on of the waitresses that wasn't on duty all on her instagram page flashing it at her. The manger was singing songs out loud and didn't seem to care what was going on around him. The white guy that was cooking was steady eating and touch the walls, counters, and even his phone with gloves on and then making people's plates. I had a hair in my food showed it to the waitress she didnt even let the manger know she just took my money and told me have a nice day. One of the worst Hooters I have been too.

I got mad while watching the Vols take a 21-7 lead on the Dawgs and I slammed my beer bottle on the floor. Instead of getting mad, the waitress asked if I needed another beer, and brought it back in between her chest. Dawgs even ended up winning. Best day ever, 10/10 will definitely come again.
