Ordered takeout for my daughter's bday dinner. It was burned to a crisp, literally! It was late, however the kitchen should have never sent that meal out! Called management the next day, they tried to blame doordash, when I explained no no, doordash didn't cook this, the manager was hesitant, but did offer to replace the meal at no charge, but I would have to come in and pick it up. When I did, he didn't even come to speak with me. Like it wasn't a big deal, well, it was to me, so I think service with a smile just ain't what it used to be here, it seems.

waited 20 minutes for cheese dip, stopped for a quick bite and was there for an hour and 30 minutes because our waitress was sitting at another table chatting a guy up for 30 minutes at a time, she told us the cheese would be out in a minute because they had to warm it up. then 20 minutes later brought us cold cheese that I assume probably just cooled down because it was ready a long time ago.

great service from our server dianna we had today for our party of 5 making sure we had everything we needed at all times. food was excellent and fresh 10/10 . will be back thanks again.
Went in for a to go order….. placed online… $60 for a buffalo chicken salad, wings, side of fries with cheese sauce and side of celery. Drove 25 mins there and 25 mins home to see the salad was not fresh missing all the ingredients that was listed, Croutons were soggy! (Why wouldn’t they be on the side?) literally like 8 fries didn’t even need the cheese for that! Smh which was an extra charge. Called to make restaurant aware and when I tell you we had 3 phones calling over and over and got no answer after over 40 attempts. Which I have the call logs on all 3 phones to prove! Absolutely outrageous! CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING WITH A TAKE OUT ORDER! The fact that no one is answering the phone after that many attempts really infuriated me! TERRIBLE!

Went here on lunch break today. Everything was on point for Us at ths location. Service was gr8, we were welcomed in, and our server was very knowledgeable of the menu, and patient with Us. Food was prepared fresh and correctly. All around gr8 experience.

The food was amazing and the waitress was absolutely incredible! We had a birthday party for my 6 year old and I will ask for Aleyah time and time again! She was incredibly patient, helpful and she was very aware of what was going on! She ended up dealing with a pretty ugly customer but her, the manager, and several customers stood up and escorted him out. While also making the rest of the customers and My family and kids feel safe! Will be visiting again! ETA: they even gave the birthday boy a hat and rubber duck! Made his day even more fun!
After our dismal experience at the neighboring restaurant where we didn’t get our food, this was a last restart at 10pm. Food was delicious, staff was attentive, other patrons were even complimentary
