Waffle House offers good food but lacks in customer service at times. Marg provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to create a memorable experience, especially for children. The staff is efficient and the atmosphere is professional and quiet. Parking is ample with multiple connected lots. A picky eater was impressed by their perfectly cooked hash browns, highlighting the excellent service and food quality that makes them want to return.
