DO NOT order the IRON AGE STEAK!! It is slimy and awful tasting. We have been coming to this Iron Age since they opened. We have always loved the food and atmosphere. We came a few months ago and had the Iron Age Steak which we always get. It is one of our normal orders. The steak tasted slimy and off. I brought it to the waiters attention and he had no answer. We at their last night 6/5/26 @ 6pm and the steak tasted just as bad. Even the waiter said that something has changed with the Iron Age Steak.

One of the best restaurants I have been to yet here in Georgia. I am from South Florida and the dining atmosphere, including taste is not quite as good here in Georgia. But this place was great! And the service is right on top of their game.

This was one of the worst Korean BBQ experiences I’ve had.
The biggest issue was the heat. The grill had a weak, orange flame with almost no real heat—more like a fireplace than a proper BBQ grill. The meat simply would not cook. It took about 30 minutes just to cook thin brisket, which says everything.
The bulgogi was even worse. It had a strong, unpleasant raw/bloody smell and an off taste that made it inedible. We had to send it back.
The steamed egg was a minor issue compared to everything else, but still unacceptable. It came covered in foil, we were told to wait for it to puff up, but after 45 minutes nothing happened. When we opened it, there was barely a spoonful inside.
What made it more frustrating was that none of the staff seemed to understand what was wrong. There was no one familiar with Korean food standards, and it showed in both the food and service.
If you’re expecting authentic Korean BBQ, this is absolutely not it.

My husband and his friends have been going to Iron Age since college (different location) - it was a once a year thing traveling to the location they frequented 15 years ago so when news got out we were getting one near us we couldn’t be more ecstatic. We now frequent this establishment as often as we’re able to with friends and family. The food is always seasoned perfectly - especially the seasoned steak - and the staff is always so friendly especially when it comes to having picky kids. Our eldest is ADHD and our nephew is level 3 autistic, both have food sensory disorders and will not touch anything offered on the menu; despite this the staff is always so understanding and accommodating. We are never charged for them despite their being over the menu age. As for the atmosphere, k-pop isn’t my thing but I do enjoy the energetic surroundings with the engaging music videos. My husband and his friends enjoy the music and they always find a new artist or song they hadn’t heard of and enjoy while there.
