The employees are not friendly. I came in to place an order. The lady said one second I waited and then she continued to take other orders and pretty much ignored me so I just left.

I ordered a delivery on their website and when the delivery didn’t get here, I called them and asked them could they refund me since the food didn’t get here they proceeded to hang up on me and then when I called them back, they refused to pick up the phone, I will never order from here again. This is a lack of business etiquette and not taking care of the customers because now I’m out $20 and someone somewhere just got a free meal.

Rice needs to be cooked longer still hard and extremely dry and don't forget to bring your own salt and pepper they do not carry them REALLY you are a restaurant

I went with my wife to eat like anyone who leaves work hungry and looks for a comfortable place to eat , but the manager started to take the order to my wife with a very, very loud tone of voice we told her what we wanted and kept screaming . in the end we left that place, (Just because you're Hispanic). I didn 't tell him anything else for education .

Noodles were dry, smallest serving of shrimp ever and an old grumpy lady on the serving line was so rude to my children as they were deciding what to get. And when I asked for sauce, it was thrown on the counter at me.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. I asked about the wait time for some food items, but I received no response, and there was a noticeable attitude. This seems to be an ongoing issue, as other customers have shared similar frustrations. It would be great if this could be addressed, as it's affecting the overall dining experience. This definitely doesn't taste good as it used to. The teriyaki chicken is horrible and has weird smell. This was a very disappointing experience and won't ever be coming back.
