This seems to be an ongoing issue, as other customers have shared similar frustrations. It would be great if this could be addressed, as it's affecting the overall dining experience. This is the second time Panda Express in Newnan has gotten my order wrong. Literally both times I ordered teriyaki chicken and got honey chicken instead. BOTH TIMES! Why they cannot get teriyaki and honey chicken discerned is beyond me. They refuse to answer the phone or send me to a manager when I call to fix the issue. Ridiculous.
