Today, was the first time I received horrible customer service directly from a management personnel.
How would you feel if you paid for delivery and your order was missing the marinara sauce for an entire box of cheesy bread? I called Partners Pizza, and the manager’s response was, “What do you want me to do about it? Sorry, it was an overlook. My driver can’t come back, but you can.”
