The eggnog latte is terrible. Just let me save some folks their money. I know it’s just a preference but at this location even my caramel macchiato wasn’t good. It tasted burnt. Staff was friendly and helpful. I just hate to spend that much money for crap.

I loved everything about my experience here. The employees especially Daisy was so kind to me and my friends and gave us a lot of small talk which made my day a lot better. It sounds corny but the small talk that Daisy gave me made my day a whole lot better. I’ve never had an employee make my experience at any cafe so significantly better but Daisy did. I love this starbucks.

This location has always been a solid staple before the other sites popped up. The staff truly embraces their customers and stand strong with the customer service. Special acknowledgement to Ms. Zenobia (sp) because she seems to be a good leader of that team whenever I come in

They get straight to the point. Some baristas are extremely customer service based others are direct and get the job done with amazing coffee! I love em’ both!

Visited the store this morning on 9/ 11/2025 around 8:50 am. There were at least 5 employees working. Not one of them greeted me or acknowledged me. A white woman walked in a few moments after me and was greeted with a huge 'Welcome to Starbucks'. Not sure why as a Black man i was disregarded, but it didn't feel good.

I went to this location and the blonde working the window told me their card reader for drive thru was down and asked if she could run my card at the counter and I said sure and then about 12 hours later I had some unauthorized charges on that same card and they’re the only people who I physically handed this card to. I’m pretty confident one of the employees at this location committed fraud with my debit card.

It can be hit or miss with the wait times, but the entire country is in upheaval, so it's understandable. Always solid on the orders for me.

Staff was rude and my coffee was not good. I heard them talking bad about customers in the drive through and the rude cashier still had the audacity to ask for a tip. I’m a person who goes to Starbucks everyday but the experience I had at this location is making me want to reconsider my choice for my daily coffee.

I had ordered on the app and the address that showed up was different from the store my order was at. I nice young man gave me directions to the correct store.
