I went to this location and the blonde working the window told me their card reader for drive thru was down and asked if she could run my card at the counter and I said sure and then about 12 hours later I had some unauthorized charges on that same card and they’re the only people who I physically handed this card to. I’m pretty confident one of the employees at this location committed fraud with my debit card.

Staff was rude and my coffee was not good. I heard them talking bad about customers in the drive through and the rude cashier still had the audacity to ask for a tip. I’m a person who goes to Starbucks everyday but the experience I had at this location is making me want to reconsider my choice for my daily coffee.

After being forced to watch a kazillion Starbucks commercials while streaming fav cooking show, I decided to visit store to try a lavender matcha tea. Looked so good in the commercial, right? Well, the cup I was served looked nothing, zero, nada, not even close to the commercial’s and the server unapologetically and without a smile handed me the $7.00, 12 oz. drink. The drive thru line wasn’t as long as usual; no other customers in store, so no excuses. Never again!!!

I went to Starbucks today because it’s red cup day. Normally the vibe for this day is super festive and fun, today this was not the case. The cashier Zenobia was very unfriendly, seemed like she didn’t want to be at work , and was annoyed when I asked if they had any red cups left. She rolled her eyes when she answered. I frequent Starbucks and I was just very surprised at her poor attitude.
As a former barista myself, these baristas shine!! Top notch jobs and always smiling! Andrew and Kaley always make my morning perfect! Love it ⭐️

Service could have been better, they seemed more concerned with drive thru customers even though me and 2 friends were the only people there inside at the time we ordered, and they made my drink wrong 2 times and forgot I ordered a breakfast Sandwich, but they could have just been having an off day ?♀️
