Highly disappointed in the honey baked ham by the slice that I received from this store. It was old and had no glaze on it. I’ve purchased this item in the past and it was never as bad as this pack that I received. I filed a complaint on the honey baked ham website twice and nobody has reached out to me to rectify this matter.

Ordered a smoked turkey, roasted turkey, and a ham. This went well with the mixed Greens, potato salad, candied yams,and Mac and cheese.

Sweet ladys! She said it was her first time making a chicken salad sandwich and it was the best ive tasted it a while!

This should be unlawful to receive a Honey Baked Ham with zero GLISTENIN'! No crunch nowhere. I purchased my ham online with an 8am appointment and waited less than 5 minutes, so as not to disturb the professional packaging, I did not open until time to carve and serve on Thanksgiving Day so I froze it and thawed in the fridge on Thanksgiving Eve. How thrown off I was not to see my 11 pound ham NOT GLISTENIN'. I was extremely disappointed. Last year I ordered and paid for my ham and had an appointment at the same store for the day before Thanksgiving and waited in line for 3.5 hours. Totally unexceptable service. Never again. I tried to give it another chance but it just fid not work out for me

The turkey we got this year for Thanksgiving was very bland. Had absolutely not flavor whatsoever. We were very disappointed especially when the turkey is so expensive as it is.
We get turkey and ham here every year and until this year have never had a problem.

Total garbage, full of artificial “natural” flavors and bioengineered ingredients.

Such a great place to get delicious food to heat and serve at home!! I haven't had one thing that I didn't LOVE from honey baked ham!! And the employees are all so nice and helpful too! My last visit I had a lot of bags to carry and one of the ladies was nice enough to walk with me and help me to the car with my bags!! I recommend this honey baked ham shop, hands down!! I also really recommend the turkey!!!

Great service, a variety of music, and excellent employees. The food was fresh and appealing, and the two gentleman working were so kind. I called before I came in because the closet store was closed. They missed my call when I called to inquire about their hours. Guess what? They called me right back. Excellent customer service and management. The restaurant is spotless! Happy Sunday!

The counter ladies were fantastic with my large order for our Church's Homecoming even suggesting how I could save by buying a whole ham instead of by the slice and offered to take it out to my car. Then the nice gentleman came out from the back and took it all out for me.

The slices of ham bought for Mother's Day was the worst slices I have bought in the past 35 years. The only decent slices in the tray were 2 slices used to cover the horribly sliced ham. I literally spent $37 for less than a pound of ham and smoked turkey. This was my 1st and last visit to the Newnan location and the cookies were less than good, I actually tossed the oatmeal raisin cookie.

I inquired about the store being empty, the day before Mother's Day which I had never seen in any other location around the metro Atlanta area. The franchise was abhorrent and deceitful. The pieces of ham should have been scrapped. Ruined dinner, I was embarrassed to serve.
