The Honey Baked Ham Company

The slices of ham bought for Mother's Day was the worst slices I have bought in the past 35 years. The only decent slices in the tray were 2 slices used to cover the horribly sliced ham. I literally spent $37 for less than a pound of ham and smoked turkey. This was my 1st and last visit to the Newnan location and the cookies were less than good, I actually tossed the oatmeal raisin cookie.

I inquired about the store being empty, the day before Mother's Day which I had never seen in any other location around the metro Atlanta area. The franchise was abhorrent and deceitful. The pieces of ham should have been scrapped. Ruined dinner, I was embarrassed to serve.

Was very specific on my order. No tomatoes no honey mustard.
My sandwich had BOTH!! Even after I asked if it showed those 2 things needed to be removed and girl at the register confirmed it showed NO tomatoes and NO honey mustard. My husbands sandwich was soggy and gross also.
Order said it would be ready between 12:30-12:45, it hadn’t even been started when I got there at 12:40. Took another 24 minutes for me to get it.
Pricing is ridiculously expensive. Parking is difficult.
I paid $40 for food I couldn’t even eat. Waste of money and time.

I don't remember the time before Honey Baked Ham. We get them for every Easter, Christmas, and New Years. We also have when he have special family occasions at home. My 86 year old father has been sick and is losing a lot of weight.
Honey Baked Ham has prepackaged slices for sale now. I thought this would be a great snack for throughout the day. It is sold in a solid white back so you cannot see how bad what they are passing off to you. It is $16.39/lb. That would be ok except that by weight it is close to half fat. The best part of a Honey Baked Ham (the crust) was only on solid fatty parts I should not give my father.

Bad customer service. Liars incompetent and unorganized. I visited the store on 11/20/2023 at 9:27 am. We were placed in lines for service. The rude workers asked if I was confused and I said no. I was directed to go the online order line. The worst experience.

Picked up pre-cut ham in package. Don’t do this!!! In fact don’t go to this store. Ham is the very end pieces and not good. This store sucks. Had many problems and will not go hear again.
