Food is usually good. The service is awful though.
Order online, get there and they say it's not ready. They never call our name or number so the food sat there for almost 20 min getting cold until we asked again. When asked why she didn't call our name she just shrugged.
Not worth the $40 for 2 people when they treat you like that.

This place is sooo amazing!!!! The food is the bomb the com! Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection!!! Not to mention, this was also the best customer service I ever had!!! Ms. Sharon, the gm, was so kind!!! She helped us with our order and our drinks!! She also suggested for us to try the strawberry pineapple fizz refresher, and that is the best drink I ever had!!! All of her employees were super kind and friendly!! The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming and made me actually want to eat inside cuz I usually take my food to go but I said imma actually stay here and enjoy my food and drink!! Im definitely coming back to this location!!!

This place is amazing, the staff was really sweet and the General Manager, Sharon is really sweet. While we were in there, she let us know if you download the app you get a free drink, and she recommended this strawberry pineapple fizz drink, and omygoshhhhh, its delicious!!!! I so recommended it!!! Go here right away!!!

When I tell you I have always LOVED Tin Drums. I know that every time I go here I am going to always get made to order fresh food and top tier friendly service!! This spot will forever be my go to when I’m wanting some great food!!!

Food was pretty good. Staff was very friendly. 2 complaints.. music was very loud and the lock on the bathroom door was tiny, almost didnt see it.

This place really is terrible. Every time we call, no one there is able to tell us what ingredients are in their food. We are vegan and get a different answer. If you have a food allergy don’t eat here as they can’t tell you what ingredients are in things. Today they added an egg and proceeded to argue with us about what the app/website doesn’t or does say. The other dish we got was so hot even though we specified mild that left it basically inedible. When we called the person there just argued with us and wouldn’t help us. There is no phone number or email for corporate. So my advice is to just stay away from this place. They also refused to refund our order even though it was wrong and we couldn’t eat the food. And that is after she called Corporate! What an inefficient, poor excuse for a restaurant.

The food is always delicious and the staff is always friendly. Everything I’ve ever ordered has been really good, and that was a little surprising because they have Asian cuisine from multiple countries. You’d expect for some stuff to be good and other stuff to maybe just be “okay”.
Speed of service is great as well. I can place an order inside and get my food faster than if I’d went through the drive-thru at most other places.
Tim Drum is definitely my absolute favorite restaurant in Newnan!

General Manager Sharon and staff were very kind and professional. My order was ready quickly and no mishaps!
Ordered a tea and was declined service due to the fact they lacked sufficient ice and was only serving “in house” guests. There were no “in house” guests. This is one of a number of issues that has occurred here with their service.
