Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse was a solid experience overall. The food was really good, and the sushi roll was delicious! It was my first time trying seaweed salad — definitely different, but surprisingly tasty. The calamari was a little disappointing though; the portion was skimpy and it needed seasoning. Our server was very nice and attentive. The building had an older smell to it, but the food made up for it. I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu!

We were there for my granddaughters birthday because she wanted to have a good experience with her friends. It wasn't a bad experience but it was a mediocre experience and for the amount of money that I spent on a dinner we should have had some kind of entertainment with the chef not just hey here you go whatever and that's what it felt like and I also charged us extra gratuity because it was a birthday
