Wendy's is a restaurant that offers great service and fresh, delicious food. Since its remodel, the service has been excellent, and using the kiosks is efficient and quick. However, some customers may find the new system of only using kiosks to place orders disappointing. Additionally, the tables may not be cleaned promptly, leaving them dirty and available for use.
The young man at the Drive-Thru was exceptional, politely asking customers about donating to children and providing a genuine thank you. The staff has been praised for their great drive-thru etiquette, even late at night, with a customer applauding their service. However, one customer experienced a longer wait time for their order and had to go inside to receive the complete order.
