Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Worst experience I have had here. As soon as we pull up to the drive thru window, we wait, once the guy finally answers he tells us to hold on one moment and must have accidentally left his microphone on so we can hear his entire conversation he decides to have with his co-workers, including cuss words where my kids can hear in the car. Once we pull up to the windows we wait another few minutes just to see everyone inside standing around and the guy who took our order just walks off, so we sit and wait more. Finally im assuming the manager comes up to the window to finish taking our payment and giving us our order. Not sure of the guys name but this experience happened on 12/29/2025 at 5 pm

From the moment I walked in, the experience was awful. I was greeted by an employee who clearly didn’t want to be there and couldn’t be bothered to act even remotely professional while taking my order.

While waiting for my food, the area behind the counter was chaotic — loud arguing, shouting, and unprofessional behavior that made the whole place uncomfortable. It felt like there was zero management or standards in place.

The food somehow managed to be worse than the service. The toast was burnt, the chicken was undercooked, and the fries were barely cooked with no seasoning at all. To make it even more frustrating, this location charges $0.25 per extra sauce, which feels insulting when the food itself is borderline inedible.

Overall, terrible service, poor food quality, and an unpleasant atmosphere. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Zaxbys in Newnan has fallen from grace as of late. Today the service was quick and I appreciate that but our food was skimpy! The big Zac snack had half fries and my Zensation Salad was HALF full with wilted lettuce! Not worth the $21 I paid for it! So disappointing. I will see if I can add the picture of my salad.

I had a disappointing experience at Zaxby’s. The drive-thru cashier was inattentive and didn’t make eye contact, which felt disrespectful. Plus, I found a hair in my salad, which made it impossible to finish my meal. Very frustrating experience.

Based on multiple experiences here, the food has been a hit or miss. There have been times where the food tasted fantastic, but other times when it tasted terrible. Additionally, this location has constantly messed up my orders, always leaving items out. Additionally, when asked about them leaving out items and getting a refund, they state that they will, but I have yet to get any refund from this location. The customer service has been average. If it wasn't for the constant items being left out of my orders, this review would be three or four stars.

Nash R. gave great customer service! Even though the store was busy he remained professional and friendly. Also kudos to the other staff. Everyone seemed to be working efficiently and getting the food out as best as possible!

Made the mistake of ordering online for drive through pickup. Spent nearly 30 minutes in the drive through. They pre-made my order, so it was cold by the time I picked it up. This location is constantly understaffed so I expect a wait, but this one was particularly egregious.

Don’t even bother making a curbside mobile order here. I’ve done it 3 different times and they completely forgot about my order every time. They had it ready and inside but acted like i wasn’t here even though I pressed the “i’m here” button. On top of that, they forget my sauces, milkshakes, and my chicken fingers tasted like they were cooked in burnt oil. Horrible.
