Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This is the dirtiest Zaxby's I have ever seen.

Food is inedible. Fries are always burnt, no seasoning, and it's like biting into cardboard. Chicken is always dry. I've always enjoyed the Zalads but every Zalad I've gotten at this location has been so terrible and I end up throwing it away. Also, Their drive thru line always takes so long and you'll be stuck in line for about 30 minutes. And you'll be lucky to have any one at the register on the inside. They always seem to be short staffed or management just doesn't know how to manage rush hours.

Waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes with a big line and nobody inside felt like they had a need to inform all the people waiting in line that the drive through wasn’t working. Complete waste of time.

Can’t give less than one star or I would have. I can’t believe how run down and dirty this place has gotten. Food was barely edible and don’t even try the Gross Egg Roles!

Hello Everyone, I was wanting to share my experience today. This Zaxbys has to be one of the worst if not THE WORST zaxbys i have ever paid my hard earned dollars at. I have to drive to the middle of nowhere and then this zaxbys is the only thing that could crave my hunger. I order a big zax snack meal, and they somehow turned my order into a zalad. I went back in and the person who was working started laughing and said "Well, go back through the drive through if you want something else". I was on the verge of driving away, but i wanted my big zax snack meal. I go through the drive through again and they forget my fries in the bag. How do you complete an order and not put the fries in the friggin bag?

In conclusion, this is the worst zaxbys to grace this side of the earth

first of all u can order 3 meals and they expect you to eat everything with one sauce. And when u try to ask for extra they wanna give 1 more or charge u. or not even give it to u

So they actually don’t put seasoning on the fries anymore atleast haven’t now past couple times I’ve been, but when I ask for extra seasoning they give me a tiny container with a little bit of seasoning in it which does nothing because after fries have been out of fryer for so long putting seasoning on them is pointless because the seasoning falls right off and no longer actually sticks to the fries. Not only that but the coke products are always flat. Also it’s crazy to think I’m going to eat my entire zax snack with one sauce, buying extra sauce every time adds up. They should atleast provide two sauces free of charge

The food was standard Zaxby's fare. The service and the state of the restaurant was abysmal. We waited over 30 min from ordering to getting our food. Most of the tables were filthy and in need of soap and water.
