Would not recommend. This used to be a good place. Came here today for Mother's Day and the host had a bad attitude, no greetings, no friendly service at all, the good smiles and happy faces from few months ago are gone. The place was about 50% occupied so we were assigned a table immidiately, however we waited for about 20 minutes, nobody ever came to say anything, no water, no waitress, we decided to leave and not spend any more time and money in a place like this. The Horchata Cafe and the Olla are an absolute MUST try at least once in your life! This place is a blessing to those wanting something unique in the repetitive restaurant industry in Newnan!

Pura Vida Café & Bistro is a hidden gem and a jewel, blending a coffee shop with a Mexican restaurant in a balanced way. The thoughtfully decorated space offers a cute, trendy, and comfortable atmosphere with awesome energy, both inside and on the patio. The setup provides table or booth seating.
The food is always great, delicious, very filling, and tasty with good visage. The menu features creative options, from scrambled eggs wrapped in tortillas with salsa to waffles and syrup, and flavorful sauces that are not too spicy. It is a Latin/American brunch cafe, perfect for the most delicious brunch. The coffee is really amazing, with perfect lattes and a cinnamon-spiced Mexican coffee pot at the entry that transports you to an authentic Mexican cafe. They also have a great selection of coffee drinks, mimosas, and yummy red fruit mimosas.
Service can take some time, likely due to made-to-order meals, but it is worth it. The customer service is simply amazing, with helpful, present, and informative staff who are smiling and supportive. The manager is on the floor and helping. It is a relatively quiet spot, recommended for meetings with friends, and is definitely worth trying. The cafe is open from 8 am to 3 pm.
