The food and service were ok. The restaurant was absolutely filthy. The tables were coated in something sticky. The booths were sticky also.There was smashed food in the bathroom which was also filthy. In sorry to say it was gross.
It's been years since the last time I was at Zaxbys. First time at this one. Not very clean. One of my pet peeves about places to eat is when one of the servers comes out to clean a table and they barely wipe the table pushing the debris from the table onto the seats. Yuck. I figured I'd give them one more chance. Never again. I went in for a Zaxby salad. It wasn't bad. But the filth of the restaurant ruined everything. ?

The owner of this restaurant should be ashamed for operating such a filthy establishment. The floors, walls, windows, doors, tables, countertops, beverage dispenser, ladies’ restroom… every square inch of this place is sticky, gritty, and smells of dirty restaurant filth. Apparently, it hasn’t been cleaned for several months and should be deemed a health hazard.
