Really tasty. We've gone to both this location and the Decatur one and been happy both times. The nondairy chocolate is especially good (and there's a good selection of both dairy and nondairy flavors). The Norcross location staff were wonderful as well.

We walked in and weren’t greeted by the staff. No welcome, no smiles, no hello, nothing. The staff just stared at us as if we were aliens. The staff member working at the topping station just stared with a mean face the entire time we were there. Even when a person in our party asked about a particular flavor we received no answer. When a white couple entered after us they were greeted with hello and smiles from the staff. A few people in our party just walked out. Will not visit this shop ever again. Train your staff!

I had a hard time deciding on what to have so I sampled the Honey Comb Forest, Honey Dew and Mimis Chocolate Cake.
After a lot of deliberation I went for the Honey Comb Forest in a Waffle Cone. I’ve tried well over 40+ flavours of ice cream since I’ve been in the USA but this blew me away! I am so glad I decided on 2 scoops. The Waffle Cone is also a first for me and I loved it.
This place should be a must try on everyone’s list. You won’t be disappointed.
There isn’t much seating inside but they definitely make up for it outside the shop.
The staff are wonderful.
Ample parking is available.

Hopefully, the young man behind the counter was just having a bad day. Otherwise, he really needs to learn customer service skills. But that's not why they lost my business for good, they don't take cash - I cannot support a business that does not take legal tender aka cash, not even sure how legally they get away with it.
Just visiting the area saw this ice cream shop decided to stop by and get 2 scoops. The servers were great detailed about what was on the menu had me get o/s of my comfort zone and try new flavors that were delicious. Highly recommended.
