The lady who took my order in drive thru is impatient,and did not get my order correct after I told her twice, then proceeded to walk away and talk about me as if I can't see or hear her through the window.

Grabbed dinner at Captain D’s tonight and had a solid experience! The cashier was polite and attentive—not overly friendly, but definitely not rude. The food came out hot and tasted great, which is really what I came for. The restaurant itself could use a little more attention when it comes to cleanliness—not dirty or gross, just not spotless. Overall, a good spot for a quick seafood fix. Would come back!

I have recently discovered Captain D’s and this location has treated me incredibly well since day one. The food is always fresh, plentiful and hot. The atmosphere is always clean and relaxed and the young lady who took my order even brought it out to me as soon as it was done (at my seat).
