Staff refused service to a police officer on purpose. Management tried blaming it on a temp employee misunderstanding. I posted about this twice and both times FB removed my post. Will keep posting about it until something is done about it.
YOU ARE A DISGUSTING AND IGNORANT COMPANY BY REFUSING SERVICE TO A POLICE OFFICER.....THE EMPLOYEES WHO DID THIS NEED SOME "SERIOUS" TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS JUST AS THOSE AT STAR BUCKS !!!!!
