Bad customer service. I ordered steak and it's pre cooked and we're not fresh.

The vibes of the place are amazing. However I wish that the vibes matched the food and service. We arrived and were greeted which initially gave us a green flag. Once we were seated and ordered, we never saw the server again until our food was served and the check. It was honestly something I’ve never experienced before. When we did get our food, It was overly bland. I have never had a steak so bland EVER. I am a meat enthusiast and was utterly disappointed. Once I did get the check we saw a 20% gratuity included for service that wasn’t worth that 20%. I don’t usually give reviews but I don’t see myself ever coming back.

visited last night for some drinks, i loved the drinks but when the food came out i ordered a plain quesadilla i have an allergy to onions so i told her oh my gosh i didn’t know it was gonna be full of onions, you would think a plain quesadilla would just have cheese but the plate was full of onions so before even touching it i asked can you return it that’s my fault i didn’t know it was gonna have onions. she tells me no can’t return it, basically i gotta eat it. and it bothered me but whatever finished my drink didn’t even touch my food at all and she hasn’t come back to check on us for 30-40 mins that’s fine, we’re then ready to pay and we wait flagging her down for 20 mins so we go up to the bar and look for her just to pay our bill. she then adds 18% gratuity, i don’t feel like a tip should’ve been added but that’s just me

First time there with my boyfriend, they added 20% tip to our bill (Large Party Gratuity), we were just 2 black people. Not coming back.

I only ordered the ceviché, to go, It was good. It wasn't packaged great. Came with a sweet potato and a regular potato. It was the middle of the day, in the middle of the week, so no one was there. Nice place, huge screens showing a soccer game. Kinda pricey.

My coworkers and I dropped by for lunch yesterday based on a recommendation. Everything was delicious—the wonton soup, the parihuela, the arroz con pollo, and the choritos a la chalaca. The only thing was the leche de tigre; it was a bit too sour. They offered to swap it or fix it, but we just left it as is since it wasn't a huge deal.
​The highlight was definitely Estefani’s service. She was so charismatic, super attentive, and friendly. She kept a smile on her face the whole time and was really patient with those of us who couldn't decide what to order. Such a great addition to the team! 10/10 for Estefani! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We’ll definitely be back.
