We were here for a doll house show. room was OK. 1st, they do have full size pillows!!! Bed was OK. They had remodel in the recent past, but left old switch plates and switches. Made everything look tired. Lots of little places through out that just looked tired, and in need of a handy person. ROOM was clean. Breakfast was included in my room package. IT WAS DECENT AND STAFF HERE WERE Really nice. Over all better than ok.

Reservation was made 4 months ago, checked before arrival, I arrived to the hotel and reservation was cancelled without any notice. The front desk employee was careless, singing while talking and not listening to my concern. He said go search and buy online, it’s booked through Expedia not us. Regardless how did I book through, you should be respectful and learn your manners and don’t have bias towards different people. March 9th at 6:00 pm.By the way, the lobby was very dirty. Thankfully, Expedia had to move me to better hotel and better service.I advise the client not to book at this hotel

Dear God this was such a good experience. We had a cancer foundation dinner here last night. And every thing was exceptional.

I am very sad and disappointed by the treatment received at this hotel. I have lived in the area for 15 years and have always recommended this hotel to friends and family when they visit. This hotel was great years ago, but management now is not so great. My family and I had a delay so we could not check in at 3pm. We arrived around 9pm and still was charged an enormous rate. $230! When asked if they were able to prorate our stay due to the fact we would only be in the room for 10 hours, the young lady refused to help and get assistance. There were several events going on that night and a field trip, so the people were extremely loud and running in and out of their rooms all night!! Not to mention for their high rates breakfast IS NOT included for guests. My mother was not feeling well due to cancer symptoms and insisted that my daughter and I should go get breakfast while she stayed in the room to rest. My daughter is 4 years old (with autism), so I decided to wait until it was not so packed to go eat. When we arrived to sit the restaurant was empty but still serving breakfast. The waiter was extremely friendly and gave my daughter free breakfast and discounted mine since I barely ate anything. However, my daughter was excited to be in a big place and danced around. She was intrigued by a salt pepper shaker and just wanted to hold it. Before I knew it, SEVERAL employees were approaching and watching my child and I. We could not eat in peace, and it was absolutely embarrassing! One lady even charged at my daughter. They were watching us as if we were criminals or would steal something. I did not appreciate this treatment at all. I could not even eat. The overall experience here was horrible. If I were anyone I would just go to other hotels in the area. There are plenty with breakfast included and a nice staff. The only reason many stay at this hotel is because it a big enough for events and parties. Otherwise please take your hard-earned money elsewhere. The Marriot and Courtyard are right across the street. These hotels did not have rooms available that night, so we chose this hotel as a last resort. Bad mistake. The worst part is that Managment did not have any resolutions for the issues we faced.

My daughter and granddaughter loved the indoor pool. As far as hotels go they at least try to get it right.Nearby activities: It was nice to have a grocery store nearby.

We had an engagement party at the Banquet Hall of this hotel and also booked several rooms for family and friends to stay. We had amazing overall experience. To begin with Sandi Franklin , the banquet manager is awesome to work with. She is so responsible , answered right away to all my queries/ emails and found solutions to everything I asked her. The Banquet Hall looked gorgeous with all the decor. Rooms and breakfast were also very pleasant and nice. Centrally located with Publix, Target and places around to eat and shop. Love this little "castle on Hill" as it is called.

Looks like this USED to be a nice hotel but has not been maintained. Visited in January and the ac couldn't get the temp in the room below 80 unless I closed the blackout curtains. No hot water for 2 days and the staff at the front desk say they don't know anything about it even after a letter from the manager was delivered to every room. The room smells like mildew, the tub spout and towel hook seem like both are about to fall off, many cracked tiles in the shower. Not worth the price.
