It's rare I would take the time, or have cause to, review a hotel restaurant. I was somewhat surprised at how well reviewed this place was. Well...fully deserved! I started with the Bourbon Ale, which was really excellent. Then the Gumbo as a starter. The gumbo was outstanding. They do it right, portioning it on top of fresh rice just before serving keeping the texture perfect. I have been at the Marriott for business for nine days. Had five dinners here. They have all been amazing. Salmon Grilled peach salad Caesar salad with shrimp Cajun pasta . Ask for Zee or David. They will take amazing care of you. And the hotel staff is first class.
