McDonald's is a hit-or-miss dining experience, depending on the management and crew at the location. It is a convenient spot for a quick bite, especially when getting off the highway. The service is typically friendly, but can sometimes feel indifferent, with staff relaying information with little to no tact or empathy. The 11 am crew does everything right, giving good service, good vibes, and bringing food on time and correct.
The cleanliness of the dining area also varies based on the manager's oversight. At well-supervised locations, the dining room is actually pretty clean inside and the restrooms are clean.
Despite these challenges, this McDonald's location is still a good option. The parking lot is large and accommodating, even during peak hours. It is not 24 hours, opening at 6 am. Sometimes the lines are long inside and out, but the workers are patient.
