Had a glowing experience with them on 12APR2024. Pizza was ready quickly, employees were working fast, but still friendly and courteous. Food was amazing; they got the pizzas just right. I'll definitely order from this store again.

The worst papa johns I have ever been to in my life. Placed an online order, everything went normal…arrived to pick up and the guy that handed the order over seemed annoyed, didn’t welcome me in. Ok fine. Get home and serve dinner, pizza dough is almost completely raw, the breadsticks the same, the jalapeño bites the same. Upsetting since this is dinner. I call up the restaurant and tell them my concern, the “manager” trying to convince me that it was unmelted cheese. I told her I would bring the food back and she said no, she would submit a “claim” but no exchange or refund would be given and only an “investigation” would happen. Never got an email nor a call from anyone regarding the manner. I submitted a claim online with the same result. I paid good money for that meal only not to be able to eat it.

Ridiculous service. Was told order had a few minutes left to be done, the young man leaves to make more pizza. Someone else comes in 5 mins later after waiting to ask the name on the order again, them she looks and grabs the order that was ready the entire times. The first young man didn’t bother to look the first time or follow up.
Today I went to the Papa Johns and I was a bit concerned because the reviews all look horrible. However, the service that I experienced personally was fantastic and all of the people had smiled with their faces. The workers here seem like they’re doing the best that they can. Although I agree that customer service should be number one. Humanity comes first. If you order something have patience and it will come to you. The people here have brightened my day today and the pizza was immaculate!

Horrible service!! The managers do not care about the customer.On 11/18 I placed a large order. The order arrived incomplete, cold, and inedible. I completed a survey online and received a phone call in response from one of the managers. She apologized and offered me a partial refund and store credit. She explained I needed to call the store to redeem the credit when I was ready.Today (12/10 around 2:30 pm), I called the store and was told by the manager on duty that there was no store credit on file. She was very rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. I asked if it was possible to inquire with the person that called me originally. She told me there was nothing she can do, to call corporate, and hung up. I called back 3 times. 2 times I was put on hold and then they hung up. The 3rd time they answered and when I asked for the manager on duty’s name I was placed on hold again and they hung up again.As a result, I went to the store in person and the cashier said the manager on duty was Jasmine and her boss’s name was Camille. The manager that reached out to me in regard to my initial order did not follow through with her promises. The manager on duty today was beyond rude and doesn’t care about the customer or customer resolution.
