Fast pickup, Hot food, nice service
Excellent service team. Very courteous, always on time.
My go to Papa Johns! Got attended by a really nice employee, I didn't get his name, but he's really hardworking and charming with his personality! The pizza was great too, it did fall apart as soon as I picked up a slice, but only because this location always does me right with the amount of toppings!!

Papa Johns Pizza offers a positive dining experience with friendly and courteous employees who work efficiently. Orders are ready quickly, and the food is amazing, with pizzas made to perfection. The staff is dedicated to providing good service, communicating effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The restaurant has a helpful employee who quickly prepares orders and makes the pizzas efficiently. While the restaurant itself isn't bad, some improvements like more seating areas inside and more beverages could enhance the experience. Although there can be challenges, the staff consistently provides great service, and even during busy times, the team works hard to get orders out promptly. Overall, Papa Johns Pizza in Norcross delivers a bright and enjoyable experience with a focus on good service and quality food.
