I knew this place would be good when I seen a line of people to get in, Eric and Addison took great care of me making recommendations on the meals , the ribs were insanely good and the chicken as well, both well cooked with plenty of flavor , not dried out ,,, the beans was superb and Mac and cheese did not lack. It is absolutely one of my favorite places to eat from when I’m in town. Thanks for the experience guys.

I am just so impressed with the gentlmen here. I had flat tire around here and had to fix it on the Marvis Tire shop. I was starving and I am vegan. The only option near the tire shop with walking distance is Shane’s Rib Shack. 🤣 But there are 3 gentlemen trying to figure out what I can eat and very attentive. They end up making a real fresh salad with fresh ingredients. I am so thankful.🙏 Usually I would get a dirty looks if I am in a meat- based restaurant but I didn’t feel any of those vibes here. Highly recommended. Not for vegan food but the people here are just so nice!😊

Cashier was very nice. But the food was not it. The peach cobbler had the weirdest texture. The potato salad had no flavor. The chicken tenders were extremely overcooked & dry. The ribs were ok, but lacking flavor.

Yummy ? BBQ sandwiches are supper yummy. If you sign up with the app, you can try one free. I liked the big daddy sandwich and the smoothered pork sandwich. Staff is nice. It's clean, relaxing and quiet with not too many people there. The bathroom is clean with a changing table.

Store 111 I understood it was the 4th. Hours says it closed at 9 I got there at 8. Stood up front while I say 5-6 never greeted said can I help you. Anything. So I turned to walk out still nothing.. poor service..

I recently visited Shane’s BBQ to place a to go order and inquire about placing a catering order. Upon entering, I was greeted by two gentlemen in Shane’s t-shirts who seemed to be from corporate. After waiting a few minutes, no cashier ever came to assist, so instead of placing the to-go order I intended to place, I left and went to the bbq restaurant down the street.
After calling their catering number and leaving a voicemail on Wednesday and not getting a callback by Monday, I called again and spoke with their catering personnel, who was pleasant and made the process easy. I provided my pick-up time and card number over the phone and was told my card would be charged on the morning of the pick-up date.
Upon arrival, I found that my catering order had not been submitted. Although my order was simple, it still caused confusion. I waited 20 minutes while the staff made my order on the spot. I texted the catering manager to ask if she had placed the order but did not call, assuming she wasn’t working over the weekend. The staff at the restaurant eventually made the order, I paid there, and I left.
No apologies were extended at the restaurant and unfortunately, I never received a follow-up, which was probably the most disappointing part. I am realistic about human error however this disregard is noted in my mind as showing a lack of respect for my time. I’m not swearing off this restaurant—I’ve lived in Peachtree Corners for years and eat here probably 2 times a year. I’m sure the staff members are good people and I’m just one person with little to no impact on their business —but before visiting again and most definitely before placing another catering order or recommending others to do the same, I’ll think twice.
