Disappointed by the experience…

I came in with patience, but unfortunately that patience was taken for granted. There were empty Teas and had to politely remind front counter it was empty. I waited close to 30 minutes while multiple customers who ordered after me received their food first. When my order was finally brought out, it was incomplete—
missing one of my sandwiches.
Unfortunately no real apology was given after finally explaining 3 times what my order was.

I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect basic professionalism, clear communication, and equal respect for every customer. None of that was shown today.

I wanted to highlight the experience since there are VERY FEW Shane’s Rib Shack Left in GA.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but people deserve to know what to expect. I truly hope this team takes more pride in how they serve and speak to all customers moving forward!

Shane's runs great specials and currently has a campaign supporting Law Enforcement. Their BBQ baked potato is great and their hamburgers aren't bad either

It’s been a while since I had American BBQ, so I took advantage of a Halloween coupon and ordered a Two Meat Plate on Uber Eats. I chose baby back ribs and shredded pulled pork. I do have to complain about the sides though — I picked Brunswick stew and onion rings, but both portions were quite small, and each side cost an extra dollar. Without the coupon, it would’ve been too pricey for what you get. Overall, the ribs and pulled pork had good flavor and tasty sauce, and the sides were decent — just not very cost-effective.

First time trying this place and the service was amazing. Javier attended to us and had great suggestions on food options. We ordered the items he recommended and they did NOT disappoint!! The chicken was soft and delicious!! Wings were very good and balanced out well with the sauce. The service at this location was incredible! Thanks again Javier!
