We arrive and the boy is alone, with a long line of people, there is not enough staff, there are not all the products, do not expect one person to do everything efficiently, and the pastry products are not very good. It's supposed to be a prestigious chain so they should improve it

Extremely unpleasant attitude of both baristas. Ordered the dibble espresso with wormed cream, repeated 3 times, got a cold one. They said they do not understand me, they just do not listen and on top of that openly showing their irritation!

I asked a question the atttendabt she asked me to go to the line I went to the line than come 3 ladies start to talk with person in front of me made they’re orders in front of me, paid separately when canes my time Ishe said system was out I asked why she did not said I order she said was not her problem:( ..terrible service
