On Monday, February 10, 2025, I attempted to redeem my free coffee promo. I usually visit a standalone Starbucks, but since I was in Target, I decided to go to that location instead. Unfortunately, the baristas gave me a hard time, insisting that the promo only applied to plain iced or hot coffee or tea.
I pulled up the promotion details to clarify what was included and excluded, but despite this, they still refused to honor it for the coffee I ordered.
I ended up adding funds to my Starbucks app for my purchase, but I will not be returning to that location again.

We arrive and the boy is alone, with a long line of people, there is not enough staff, there are not all the products, do not expect one person to do everything efficiently, and the pastry products are not very good. It's supposed to be a prestigious chain so they should improve it
