Customer service on 6/13 at 2:00pm was not exactly what I’ve come to enjoy about Starbucks over the past 21 years!👎🏾👎🏾
Everyone there is so pleasant!
While service is usually good, today is about the 6th time the lid was not properly put onto my coffee. Because of this, it popped off and scalded me with hot coffee. While burning my hand did wake me up, this is a pretty major detail in service failure and does not make for an enjoyable experience. Please make sure you secure lids on to your cups!!
