Why does everything have to be fast paced! Like literally slow down some and you as the host taking orders in the window and the front, can actually read the menu yourself and enlighten guest ( who don’t drink stars all the time ) assist them with making a good decision on what to order. The little short caucasian dude with dark hair. Talking fast, acting fast, moving fast, literally dude RELAX. if you loved stars that much you would know what coffees I am asking about. So the dude in there acted like I was bothering him when I asked about a ice brew “you mean cold brew” like no time for attitudes today lol I asked him where are they on the list he says oh I don’t know hunny we got a ton of brews up there. I just said never mind and walked OUT because what makes you think I drink coffee, why can’t you just answer the question and or go back to the window. Only have photos of me leaving I don’t do rudeness

Pl Don’t fill hot coffee all the way to the brim. No way anybody can drink it without burning lips or some falling over.

I felt discriminated 2 times in a row when o walked into this Alley Bird location Starbuck. 1st time, my wife order her drinks with Starbuck app and she had to walk in the Starbuck to order her customized drinks. at the counter. As soon as my wife picked up her online order, the staff yelled out loud “this is not your drink” without asking any question to confirm if it was my wife order. This action was embarrassing to my whole family without apologizing at all. After that, this staff gave an attitude toward my wife when she had to pick up other drinks. Not a professional service, terrible attitude and without proper training from this store management. 2nd day, a shift leader named “Crystal” denied to make the same drink i ordered the day before. She told me that she not going to authorize to make my drink even they took my order. After I told her that this drink made from this location then she talked to her staff and asked another staff to make it. I was really upset with the attitude and unprofessional behavior at this place. When i told Crystal that i am going to teport this incident, she smirked and and not even apologize to me once. So disappointed atvthe location.

hi i used to go to this starbucks 4-6 times a week sometimes even twice a day but now i rarely go perhaps around 3 times a week this is my FAVORITE Starbucks but ever since they got new works my drink hasn’t tasted the same and my favorite workers there who make it aren’t there which is josh and this girl who has long black hair and bangs and she’s kinda pale they ALWAYS MAKE IT SO GOOD and they are really kind but today i went and i had one of the most rudest worker she got my order wrong and seemed like she was fed up with everything i get it you’re tired or stressed but that also doesn’t give u a right to literally give faces im not proud to say that this starbucks isn’t how it used to be☹️💔 please give my favorite workers there days because starbucks is literally my addiction and when they made it it would make my whole day starbucks whats going on with these new workers???

I’ve been coming to this location nearly every day with my dog, Kobe, and we’ve always been treated with kindness by most of the staff. They usually offer him a pup cup, and it’s been one of the small joys of our daily walks. Today, however, we were told that this would be the last time Kobe could receive one unless I make a purchase. I understand policies, but it felt a bit dismissive considering how often we visit and how welcomed we’ve felt in the past. A little kindness goes a long way—and so does consistency. I hope this message is received in the spirit of care and not criticism.

This is a good Starbucks. I don’t drink coffee often, but when I do I always go to this one and have a good experience bc the baristas are fast and sweet.
The drive thru entrance can be kinda hard to spot at first bc it’s around the back of all the shops next to it, but I’m a regular so I’m in and out in a few mins.
I like the vegetarian breakfast sandwich and mobile order feature

Rude and unprofessional. The tall blonde girl at the window kept rolling her eyes at me. I politely asked for more topping and her attitude completely changed. She gave me a rude look and started talking to her coworker instead of helping me. My drink wasn’t even filled all the way. As soon as I grabbed it, she walked away from the window. Terrible customer service with way too much attitude AND THE MILK WAS NOT IN THE FRIDGE!!
