I was in from out of town, and I was delighted to be greeted with smile by Montana. She was amazing to interact with during my visit! The staff was efficient & friendly with Cynthia and Coleman standing out as well. The people make the difference in this location…so much so that I had to let the world know about how they got my day off to an amazing start! Thank you!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check your receipts, I was at the drive thru for a cheese and fruit box, $6.53. I get to the windows and the cashier had an attitude as she had when I placed my order, I put out my phone to scan for points, but I wanted to pay with my debit card,so she had to get the card machine. The screen said $11.53, and I asked her how I the world is a cheese box and a venti water $11.53, she looked at the machine confused, and said oh you didn't hit the $5 tip option? I told her no you did and you quickly put thr machine up for me to tap,so with all thr attitude was likewise will refund you we ain't trying g to steal your money I said great. So she closes the windows so I cant hear what she tells the manager,and thr manager was giving me some lame excuse that the machine is very sensitive to touch. I tell her no, your employer tipped herself I was never given the screen option to tip,supposedly they are going to refund me but wouldn't give me a copy of the receipt..Interesting, so I made her let me take a picture of it. I advise everyone to slowdown and look at what they charge you and make sure its accurate. And thr manger charges me the $6.53 and walks away, I was like can you atleast hand me my food..Si again check your screens,ask for a receipt, and make sure they actually give you your order!

Such a disheartening experience, my drink was wrong twice, so I basically paid for something I couldn't enjoy. I threw them both away and wasted my money. No resolution from the employee at the drive thru window at all. WORST EXPERIENCE

Had a long day and needed a warm night coffee. These guys were really nice, someone with a mustache, tattoos and a black beanie was really welcoming, and a girl barista who said my eyes were pretty, haha. I hope yall have a good Christmas oh. And the coffee was great.

We're very busy in morning. Employees nice but had to ask when drink was going to be ready after waiting for about 10 min. They got it out to me a couple minutes later hut it was fullness foam. I ordered no foam. At least 2 inches. Gave back and then they gave back after supposedly fixing but was about the same. Had to go, and when I tasted drink I dont know what they made for me but it wasn't even close to what I ordered. Frustrating when you've been a customer for decades and they charge 8 dollars for a drink just to serve something undrinkable.

They act very racist here. They greeted me with passive aggressive attitudes when I came to the window today. They were extremely dismissive of my concern with the inconsistency of the drink I got the previous day and the difference in the drink the today. I usually try not to come to this location, but the one by me on Holcomb Bridge Rd was closed. Please re-evaluate who’s working at your establishment.

Does this look like a caramel macchiato upside down with sweet cold foam on the top and extra caramel drizzle no no it does not it looks like someone threw it together and served it and on top of that, they have the audacity to ask for a tip

Zac and Makayla at this particular Starbucks are the most customer service oriented and friendliest employees. They make it a great experience I’m so excited anytime they are working because they make me think I’m way funnier than I am and they make my coffee absolutely perfectly I would hire these two in my business any day Mr. Cameron Kelpsa Peachtree corners

Why does everything have to be fast paced! Like literally slow down some and you as the host taking orders in the window and the front, can actually read the menu yourself and enlighten guest ( who don’t drink stars all the time ) assist them with making a good decision on what to order. The little short caucasian dude with dark hair. Talking fast, acting fast, moving fast, literally dude RELAX. if you loved stars that much you would know what coffees I am asking about. So the dude in there acted like I was bothering him when I asked about a ice brew “you mean cold brew” like no time for attitudes today lol I asked him where are they on the list he says oh I don’t know hunny we got a ton of brews up there. I just said never mind and walked OUT because what makes you think I drink coffee, why can’t you just answer the question and or go back to the window. Only have photos of me leaving I don’t do rudeness

Quick feedback : Guys/Girls , you are on my route to work so I have to stop here.

Pl Don’t fill hot coffee all the way to the brim. No way anybody can drink it without burning lips or some falling over.
