We were at the global mall and wanted a sit down Thai place nearby. VERY happy this is what we found! We got the pad thai, spicy shrimp noodles and the basil chicken with rice. All delicious! The basil chicken has amazing broth. Service was really friendly but my water was empty for a while until I had to flag someone down to refill it, that’s the only reason I rated service slightly lower. All around, would definitely go back!

Our family has been at this restaurant more than 20 years since they were at the old location. Food and service are always great! Every time when we visits AtLanta, Thai Norcross is always on our list for dining.👏👏
The food good. The fried rice a little different.

Used to come here from the old location the food was good but now it feels off fried rice is soggy, tiger cry is overly salty and food is way over priced for the portions. Dinner here isn’t the same.

Believe me when I tell you it kills me to right this review and give Thai Norcross a 1 star. I have been a loyal customer for years. Before they got the glow up and can always rely on the sweet Asian grandma that greets you at the door. Our most recent visit will
Forever turn me off of this place. We ordered soup to share and there was a metal piece
Possibly from a Brillo pad that was in our soup. Our fried rice had a piece of hair in it and just the lack of disgust that I didn’t see on my servers face was appalling. Simply asking to remake it or remove it from our bill is shocking. How would anyone enjoy anything that comes from your kitchen if they find metal and hair not in just 1 dish but 2. We will not be returning for anyone less. Please check your food. You glow up doesn’t mean that your food quilt drops to level that the health department would should you down for.

I was finally able to find this Thai restaurant after 10 years! They had moved to a new location, and I've been searching for them ever since. Last weekend, we finally found them again, and it was well worth the wait.
The food is just as amazing as I remembered, and the service was outstanding. The portions are still very generous, unlike many Thai restaurants these days where portions seem to keep getting smaller. It's easy to see why they've been in business for 35 years.
My kids, friends, and family all loved the food, and we're so happy to have found you again. We’ll definitely be back—probably every week! Thank you for the great food and wonderful service.
Food was pretty decent. Curry was alright, papaya salad was not spicy for level 4. Good pad thai and thai tea. Service was very lacking and all the employees seemed very inexperienced. Food came out pretty fast but overall not what I expected.
Honestly food isn’t that bad
Decent portions just think it’s a little over priced. But service was horrible. Makes you not wanna eat. The server jus didn’t seem like he enjoyed working there at all kinda took it out on us by getting annoyed at us for a simple request of getting a straw.

The food is fine, but the staff here (outside of one specific waiter) do not take food allergies or issues seriously. We told them we could not have bell peppers, and they forgot to take them out. No big deal, mistakes happen, but instead of remaking the dish after we told them the issue and sent it back instead they decided to go into the kitchen, pick out the bell peppers, and serve it to me assuming I wouldn't notice. It's incredibly dishonest and unprofessional; the meals here are $20+ a plate it's not McDonalds.
This isn't the first time I've had these issues here but before I could write it off as being a genuine mistake. Now it's clear that at least some of the staff here think you're stupid and don't care if you end up sick because they can't be bothered to remake a plate. Won't be going back and can't really recommend the restaurant either; the reason you pay $20 a plate is so that if there's any issue the restaurant can fix it. If you find a hair or a bug in your food you'd expect the restaurant to make you a fresh plate not go into the back, pick it out, wait a minute, and then bring it back out again.

I first discovered Thai Norcross more than 15 years ago when it was located in a different place. When I visited again recently, it seems they had moved to a new building. I have always loved their green curry. The taste was just as delicious as I remembered. Even though I was already full, I finished the whole dish without leaving anything. The staff were even friendlier than before, and the beautiful interior made the dining experience truly enjoyable. I will definitely come back whenever I start craving their green curry.

I stopped by Thai Norcross and it turned out to be a really cozy spot. The dishes were full of classic Thai flavors—sweet, tangy, and a little spicy all at once. Everything tasted fresh, and the portions were generous. It’s a relaxed place where you can sit down, enjoy a warm plate of Thai food, and take your time.
